    It wasan amazing feeling and I had unreal imagination scenes of valleys and peacefull landscapes.When I opened my eyes I felt like I was out of my body it helped me a lot.I fully recommend you to listen to it if you are anxious.

    thank you … never felt like this with a meditation before .. i had goosepumps several times and tears ran from my eyes .. this is remarkable for me because i am not the person to react like this. thank you again, love. i am curious if this will be the same when i do this meditation again.

    First off: I don't meditate very often, but started it to handle anxious days/anxiety triggering situations better. A while ago I started with meditations for "more consciousness", which worked really well too. It sharpens the focus on everything in and around you.
    This one, on the contrary, made me feel like I'm a trance. Kind of like falling asleep, but a slightly different feeling. It made me feel connected too, but more to myself than to the surroundings (I guess?)
