Hope Beside Still Waters. Praise & Worship.

Be not afraid, Simon Peter.
“It is I”, sayeth the Lord. Take my hands, in stormy weather,
The wind and waves obey my word. Points of Light on darkened ocean
Harbors from the raging storm. Is what he is, and always will be
A refuge from the rolling seas. And there was hope out on the waters,
Where the Master command the seas. Still hope resides beside still waters,
Where the Father leadeth you and me. So when you find,
Your hopes are fading, You are in the eye of a storm.
Take his hands, he will be waiting, Just to rescue you safe from harm. And there was hope, out on the waters,
Where the Master command the seas. Still hope reside beside still waters
Where the Father leadeth you and me. Father, lead me. Father, lead me. Father lead me, and I will follow you. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. And there was hope out on the waters,
Where the Master command the seas. Still hope reside beside still waters,
Where the Father leadeth You and me. And there was hope, out on the waters
Where the Father leadeth, you and, You and, You and me

Beautiful inspirational song with well selected imagery to compliment the Spirit lead words. Solid vocal performance backed by a well orchestrated blend of choir accompanied with modern instrumentation. Lyrics remind me of the poem "Footprints" while drawing inspiration from the Biblical narrative found in Matthew 14:22-34.

Like Peter, we should be reminded that it's when we take our eyes off of Jesus, that we fall. However, the beauty of the Gospel message is that we only need faith to reach out for His hand, accept His gift of salvation, repent, and He will meet us wherever we are at and greet us with an abundance of grace and everlasting agape love as illustrated by the father in the parable of the prodigal son – Luke 15:11-32.

I was also reminded of F.W. Boreham's quote from his book, A Bunch of Everlastings that says "The Christian message is a revelation of a limitless ability to deliver. It is never a try; it is always a triumph."

Thank you, Owen Shaw for a beautiful, encouraging and edifying song. Praise His name!

This is a very moving song and video Dad!
The video shows what it is that you want to present to the viewer and it'a very nice visual. I found I was still able to find my own meaning from the song as well and I imagine others will too. It's a great, positively spirited song that's also really touching. Great work! Proud of you.
