hi everyone welcome back and for today's bite-sized challenge I want you to think about the difference between well-being and ill-being most companies will allow people time off for sickness their ill-being as it were but not many companies will make allowances to help people develop a look after their own well-being so what do you do within your business have flexible item do you allow them to work from home do you allow them to work in different environments think about how you could make staying in working environment the day-to-day environment benefit them and ultimately benefit your organization so don't just focus on dealing with the ill being think about how you develop their well-being see you next time bye for now
