Mindfulness Meditation – Quick Mind Reset


Welcome to the Welzen meditation in
this meditation we are going to try to reset our mind from feeling anxious

    Amazing meditation, but, its pretty awkward because at the end you say 'check if your heart rate is different' and mine sometimes hasnt changed…

    Personally I found the breathing exercises far too shallow, quick and unnatural. My heart rate was far faster afterwards. Sorry but this was not good for me

    I started giggling after some breathing exercises. Had to go back like 4 or 5 times because i kept getting it wrong and out of time. I feel i bit better and relaxed but i just noticed i have a headache. Surely had it before the video.

I really needed that (: When I came home late after a pretty nice and eventful day I was feeling a little down without really knowing why since I've been surrounded by lovely people all day. Thought it wasn't a good idea to go to sleep like that but this made me calm down and feel more at ease ♡
