this is what's up guys it's live and I'm ash what's up guys it is super LA it's not even 8 o'clock and we are back to a PT session today's video is going to be like an updated healthy teen lifestyle video of routine yeah we did blow these a little while ago and you guys love it and a lot has changed since then so we wanted to update it do another one and yeah when you wake up super early this morning it's like pouring rain today and it's so cold it was such a struggle to get out of bed but anyways we're here now and I feel good that I have gotten a bit it feels good to you up early um so yeah we're gonna get it work you need we're getting we're getting so yeah I'm gonna get a workout is this morning PT it should be written and then we're just gonna take you along for the rest of the day and show you what we eat and stuff because honestly guys like if you go back to watch out recent what we're in a day which probably over a month ago now it is so different and I thought what we were eating before is bad it's just like a lots change it was changed because of our like in tolerances and our doctor appointments and our skin and I got like no so there's so much to update you on thought yeah we're gonna get straight to our workout I'll show you guys a bit of it and we hope you guys enjoy it [Applause] [Applause] for guys so we just finished our workout it was so so good that a PT is amazing my legs are burning though my legs are killing me oh you're alright guys we're gonna make breakfast now because I'm hungry it's like 10:30 lily and we haven't had breakfast so I'm just gonna make a smoothie and I'm gonna ask the Shiva because it's like this is the protein powder we use we use it all the time it's the best person in the world we'll have a link below I'm also going to put some maca powder in it as well this maca powder is from botanical blends which is the same website is that protein powder but maca powder is really good for like it's like a hormone stabilizer I guess really look for your hormones so I'm putting maca powder in a lot of my ex moods and stuff now so okay and because I'm not as crazy as Olivia I am not having a smoothie so pretty much what I like to have a breakfast because it's like winter now it's kind of like an undone smoothie so I have the protein milk yeah it's like hurting check – almond milk and boiling water and then I put my protein powder and all that sort of supplements in it shake it up so it's just like a milk and then I have to burn out a separate like a smoothie but like a separate you know a lot of people say they can't have these protein by itself because I find it really gritty I don't know I'm just probably me into it like I I went both chocoholics we can have anything anything chocolate flavored and we'll be happy violently with chili dangerous our addiction to chocolate chocolate milk and the biggest banana I've ever seen all right guys sir as you would have seen I just made a little meal cuz even though my breakfast was quite filling it just wasn't that dense so I thought I'd make it snack a few hours later like probably an hour later now so yeah as you would have seen it was just like chair Caesars almond milk and then I put in a bit of natural coconut yogurt in it and then some frozen berries and then topped it with some chocolate granola this chocolate granola is amazing it's so good I just get it from like one of our closest health food stores I'm pretty sure the loving earth choc bikinis is pretty much it so if you wanted to get it then it's a loving earth tropic Heaney's it will keep me going for a while now sir all right guys I'm just making my lunch now it's like 12:30 ish I didn't end up having snack because I need to talk I needed one I'm just making sure I'm drinking he hates the order and yeah my lunch I'm just gonna have some two pieces of paleo toast with some avocado and chena and like salt and pepper it's pretty basic but I really like it also I don't know if had I spoken to you guys but I ended up starting like a whole there's my toast end up saying like a health and fitness page on Instagram is just like a separate one where I just post like random makeup but I mean where's post like random like health and fitness stuff don't really post on it too much because I'm like so busy but I post on it when I can so if you want to follow it then feel free to and yeah that's just like a bunch of extra stuff for you guys so so that's my lunch it's just super basic and it's always my go-to so I'm gonna have that and then we'll probably talk to you guys later this afternoon so the time is around 10 past 2:00 and I'm actually gonna go to a chiropractor appointment soon I have a meeting chiropractor in like two years or something and I've been having a lot of like neck and shoulder pain lately and it's pretty much taking me out of the gym or exercising like all week like I literally can't work out that's how bad it is so I've pretty much just been doing like walking and I actually did yoga the other morning and it was really good and it did it's like a youtube video and it was really good I highly recommend so I probably did more yoga from now on cuz I really enjoyed that and I hope you should do anyways so what else saying was before I go to my chiropractor I'm just gonna have like a snack and I'm just gonna have some coconut yogurt and I'm gonna make some of the chocolate protein powder in it so it's like a chocolate yogurt and then put some berries and granola on top so I'll show you guys what I do alright guys so this is my little creation that I've just whipped up I don't know if you can see it very well but it's just like coconut yogurt and some chia pudding I have just put some protein powder in it and got some granola and some berries on top so I'm just gonna have that makes its different brand it's not bait guys I just got a random path though just at the door so random and we just got some your headphones like what I literally manifested these I'm not kidding the amount of like limes I told myself and thought to myself I need your headphones like I'm gonna go get new headphones I don't know they're like it crazy what like this is so random so as Olivia's at her chiropractor appointment I wanted to sit down and just talk to you guys about where I'm at with my skin health got all that because I don't know if a lot of you guys did but if you did watch this video from a few months back now you would probably know that I was struggling a lot with my skin which I had been for a few months now and my god so then that was affecting my mental state about it all and just like everything like that so I'm feeling my physical and mental best to just with everything a moment and like just feeling really really good so I've been on a paleo diet for a few months now which was given to me about my doctor and I also took a food intolerance test which I think I did mention in that video I'm not too sure but pretty much I got the test back and there was a lot of things in there that I am intolerant to that I have been eating so eggs was one of the highest in tolerances up with dairy wheat soy gluten coffee beans which I didn't have anyways pretty much all that stuff so cutting out all my intolerance –is and sticking to a paleo diet I would say doing all that has really really improved my skin and my physical health as well like working out I just feel leaner and less bloated and my gut health as well definitely fixed that I've been taking also a product called glitter geniux from the doctor and pretty much that's to help just heal my gut lining as well because I think it was pretty destroyed and just my gut health was really bad so yeah my skin is doing probably the best it ever had in like well over a year or months it's pretty much just a lot of scarring that's left but unfortunately that takes ages to get rid of but yeah it's doing really really good like I don't have like any active breakouts at the moment even my congestion has calmed down a lot and don't have much ingestion at all so yeah that's kind of a bit of an update where I'm at so yeah also if you watched our night routine I showed you all the tablets I've been taking as well and another thing as well we've both been getting a lot more spiritually like connected lately and and I also really like if the topic to talk about it's really confusing because it's kind of a belief thing a lot of people don't necessarily believe it as much as others and like have been learning a lot more about like manifestation and Law of Attraction and like your mind and stuff so I think that's been having a lot – I'm still not like that educated on it but like I love learning and I love educating myself so it's been really fun to lose my door wipe my spunk in curse 9 yeah why it's mine did you pay for it yes so while I'm just sitting here having some roasted almonds and walnuts as a little snack olivia is trying to remake that chocolatini granola that we were just having before because he knows honestly so so would all right so I just finished making that chocolate granola that actually was talking to about and I'm actually been surprised it turned out success but I still need to put in the phrase or something like set and stuff but I want to show you guys it because one thing a lot of people ask us or like struggle with I guess is when living a healthy lifestyle or whatever trying to be healthier is like trying to find healthy alternatives and a lot of the time we make healthy alternatives at home so yeah instead of having like a chocolate cereal or something that's uncomfy we make like a chocolate granola or just in general like you can replace cereals and like sugary foods it's like a healthy homemade granola or like Jen I mean like it's just like finding healthy alternatives to stuff it's good hey yeah it's really good I'll show you guys whoops what it looks like I'm gonna put it in the phrasing now and let it set so can like cluster together and stuff and yeah we can put the recipe in the description bar for you guys alright guys so we wanted to quickly I try this video we've been have you guys enjoying it because we love filming these other videos and we felt like we had to update you guys on lots of stuff so and also if you guys want to try the granola you actually turned out really well and tastes really good to you and we didn't really have a recipe for expert kind of eyeballed it but going on that's actually really good though if you want to try     hey girl friends, this one is for you liv, so i had the same problem with my period where i didn't get it for years, at first doctors said it was because too much exercise and change of my diet, but then i still wouldnts get it, my hormones are out of whack just like you, i went to the specialist and i was low in estrogen, i was subscribed these estrogen hormone patches that i wore on my bum, for a week then changed them and my period came back!!! might not be the same for you, but thats what my story is xx love your content guys

    my skins so bad too, i've tried literally everything but nothing worked, i went to a dermotoligist and my skin never been better, i don't have any active break outs but the scarring is the wort, i feel you ash xxx
