TORTURE as a test of faith? – Silly MUSLIM comments #9

Welcome to Stupid Muslim comments. This video
series presents some of the amazingly stupid comments by Muslim youtubers on my channel’s
debates and videos. Here are this week’s top 5 picks This weeks comments are presented to you by
Bound. Check out his indiegogo fundraiser, raising money for field trips and summer programs
for at-risk students. 1)Our first comment this week is from ArmyofJesusisIslam
Yildiz, who had this to say… Its amazing how many comments I get from Muslims,
Christians and even meat eaters who on one hand complain that they find my videos personally
insulting, even though I work hard to refrain from making personal critiques and stick with
the content found within the comments, and on the other hand the same youtubers who blatantly
insult my intelligence and call me names. Im all for having engaging dialogue with people
who hold alternative perspectives, and am open to being swayed by compelling evidence,
but if the first thing that comes out of your mouth are ad hominem attacks, I can’t take
anything you have to say seriously. Indoctrination is the uncritical acceptance
of beliefs, which is typically the domain of the religious. The work and writings of
Charles Darwin have, since his death, been corroborated, tested, and expanded upon by
educated professionals. One of these knowledgable individuals who is also a vocal opponent of
religious claims, is the biologist Richard Dawkins, who’s contributions to science and
literature are open for public and scientific scrutiny.
Religious claims regarding how the universe operates and how it came to be are never testable
and must be accepted as fact. These claims are often taught in early childhood, and reinforced
throughout adolescence, which makes your baseless assertion of atheistic indoctrination the
epitome of irony. Science taught in the classroom is about educating the next generation of
minds based upon testable, falsifiable facts that have been confirmed by the scientific
community at large. What is taught represents the body of knowledge that the consensus of
scientists and educators have concluded best represents our current understanding of the
universe. In regards to the question “what humans looked
like before being an ape”, our distant pre-ape descendants looked like a 4 footed small mammal.
Perhaps your next purchase should be a high school biology textbook. 2) Our next comment is from Aman Zeb Khan
who said… Life is short and precious, and there are
not enough hours in a day to spend one’s life studying all the world’s religious texts to
uncover if they hold a glimmer of truth. I rely on the scholarly consensus of those I
deem to have little to no personal bias effecting their observations of the content found within
the texts. Of course no one is without bias, but it is reasonable to assume that a fundamentalist
muslim apologist will hold a skewed positive bias towards their chosen religion, while
a non-religious atheistic koranic scholar will hold a more balanced and defensible position.
Those who have a personal stake in their argument rarely remain objective. Reminds me of the
oil tycoons denying global warming. Lets now address this supposedly profound
description of the human embryo found within the pages of the quran. Are you ready to be
absolutely amazed? “We created man from an essence of clay, then
We placed him as a drop of fluid in a safe place. Then We made that drop of fluid into
a clinging form, and then We made that form into a lump of flesh, and We made that lump
into bones, and We clothed those bones with flesh, and later We made him into other forms.
Glory be to God the best of creators.” Yes, this is it. How utterly underwhelming.
This is supposed proof of the quran holding scientific secrets unknown to the people of
the time. Funny how only after nearly 2 hundred years of embryonic research, did muslims come
up with a way to try and attribute these obviously non-scientific quranic versus to actual science.
What good have these verses done for the last 1400 years? Is this really Allah’s way of
proving his existence to the people of the 21st century? The only reasonable conclusion
is that the qua ran is no more proof of god’s existence then any other religious text written
by man over the ages. 3) Joycelyn Poesnecker is next with this breath
of fresh air… If i woke up one morning blind, i would call my wife to
come and take me to the hospital so that qualified specialists can determine what has happened
to me. I don’t care that many people would ask for god’s help, that is no more proof
of his existence than children sending letters to santa claus asking for presents. My ability
to see was developed in my mother’s womb through natural processes, and not by the handy work
of an invisible, mysterious, shy man in the sky who can’t seem to bring around enough
courage to reveal himself… if he exists. How can anyone be grateful to a being we can’t
even be sure exists? We have no reason to believe that god exists or reads youtube comments
so trying to communicate with him on my videos is premature. How can you be sure that Islam
is the way to god’s good graces, yet 2 billion people believe that Jesus is the only way
there? Millions of people used to believe in Thor, so does he exist? Would praying to
Vishnu make any measurable difference in one’s life since millions more believe in his existence?
Since I’ve stepped away from religion and belief in a god, i clearly see how man made
beliefs of god are. You find all across the globe countless religious sects believing
in less than paper thin evidence for their particular deity. People devote their entire
lives to these figments of imagination, believing in all honesty that they alone will be rewarded
by their invisible friend. I implore you and other religiously minded
people to start activating your critical thinking and skepticism, as these beliefs in a creator
are the result of an overworked imagination, and a strong desire to believe the world is
something it clearly is not. 4) Next up is OneGuy OnelastName who said this… Oh look again, another comment that starts
off with a personal attack of my intelligence. Thanks for that.
The next utterance from this kind youtuber is an accusation that I lied in a previous
video. Let me repeat for you once again, with all the honesty I can muster… I AM comfortable
with stating “I don’t know”, when speaking about things the brightest and most accomplished
humans on the planet have not yet figured out.
Lets dive into this example that will somehow prove that I am not comfortable with not knowing.
I will restate the above scenario in order to provide a clean concise version for others
to follow along: A dead human body is found by the police in
the presence of three eyewitnesses. The first eyewitness believes he knows who the murder
is. The second eyewitness is not actually an eyewitness and does not know anything.
The third eyewitness believes the death happened by chance.
This example is flawed for a number of reasons 1) there is not enough information to come
to a conclusion, so unless there is some DNA evidence, video surveillance, or motives,
this case cannot be solved. 2) eyewitnesses are notoriously poor at detailing
accurately the events of traumatic events. How many people have been locked up in prison
due to mistaken identity or false testimony of eyewitnesses? In this particular scenario,
you have only 1 person who actually claims to have seen anything. The other two don’t
have anything to offer. How do you know that the first eyewitness is telling the truth?
Perhaps he is the murderer? Perhaps he is crazy and imagined a scenario that didn’t
happen. There are possibly thousands of reasons why this eyewitness could be wrong.
3) the cause of the death, for all we know, could have been natural. You didn’t indicate
if the dead person was very old, or very ill. Perhaps the dead man/women was suicidal and
had swallowed some pills or jumped off a roof. Perhaps his/her death was a freak accident.
We know that humans do not just spontaneously die without a cause, as we have a long history
of examining cadavers and the ways in which living beings die.
4) unlike our extensive knowledge of how typically humans can die, and the evidence that can
be uncovered by professionals, we have no evidence that a god exists and that he created
the universe. The only rational conclusion to the great
mysteries of the universe is to admit ignorance and to strive to uncover the truth. If evidence
can be uncovered, than we have advanced our understanding of the cosmos.
Now to address the remaining few points brought up in the comment.
A few more insults directed at my intelligence and motivations, sprinkled for good measure,
followed by a quick instruction not to take the personal attack, personally. Next a claim
that atheism not not modern, and a pronouncement that it is a negative failed religion. To
these points, I would say a) I’ve never claimed atheism to be modern b) atheism is not a religion,
but rather a position on a single issue: does a god exist: no, due to the lack of evidence.
Atheists hold all sorts of other perspectives, and none of them have anything to with atheism.
If i told you I don’t believe in morlocks, does that tell you anything else about what
other beliefs I may have? no. I am an agnostic… atheist. They are not
mutually exclusive as I don’t know if a god exists (agnosticism), but cannot believe he
exists due to the lack in evidence (Atheism). One is a knowledge claim, the other is a belief
claim. 5) And our last comment of the week comes
from Bachir Bouchemla who said this… If god exists, and he is omnipotent and omniscient,
and he has allowed for everything and anything to happen, including wars, torture, and killing,
than he is a sadistic monster not worth our affection or attention. Bachir Bouchemla would
have us believe that the world is board game for god, in which he throws obstacles in our
way and see how we react, and then ultimately punish us for eternity if we react in a way
he deems unbecoming. I find it hard to accept that a being capable of creating the universe
and all its laws, could find no better way to pass the time other than play games with
his creation. Why is faith, i.e. belief without evidence, matter so much to this god? What
does it say about a god’s perfection if he had to make an imperfect world and have billions
of his intelligent creations murder, rape, and torture each other over the centuries
in order to weed out which beings are most worthy of his presence in heaven? If allah
exists, and he really wanted everyone to join him in paradise for all eternity, and he has
strict guidelines for who may gain entry, why not be absolutely transparent with his
wishes and commandments? Why speak through ancient texts full of mistakes, clear immorality,
contradictions, and fantastical mythology? If I were to design a device that has to perform
in a very specific set of parameters, and failure to do so would cause mass death and
suffering to everyone around, would it not be crucial to provide at a minimum a manual
that is 1) clear and easily understood 2) very detailed in explaining exactly how to
handle the device and 3) an explanation of the consequences if the user fails to follow
the instructions. What would be even more appropriate would be explain and demonstrate
the device’s instructions in person to ensure that there is no room for misunderstanding.
Im not all knowing and capable of doing everything, and yet I have better sense then this yet
to be confirmed Allah. Religious people of walks of life like to
regurgitate and parrot back the indoctrination that was fed to them. They all claim to be
the bearer of the real truth, the correct instructions that will lead one to live a
blissful life for eternity. Religions seem to pressed to convince their members to idealize
faith as if its the most desirable trait, yet in reality its the element I that find
the most dishonest and repulsive. This week, i will leave you with a bonus comment
for you to enjoy. If you can make sense of it, you are a better person than I. POLL:
There you have it. 5 stupid comments from 5 different youtubers. Which comment would
you vote to win the Dumbass Comment of the week award? Would it be: 1) ArmyofJesusisIslam Yildiz who thinks that
atheists are indoctrinated by Darwin and Dawkins. 2) Aman Zeb Khan who is convinced that a few
vague passages in the quran that supposedly describe the development of the human embryo,
is proof that allah exists. 3) Joycelyn Poesnecker who thinks that just
because many people would pray to god if they suddenly lost their ability to see, that a
god therefore must exist. 4) OneGuy OnelastName who thinks that spewing
personal insults and accusations of lying are the way to convince an atheist that belief
in allah is rational. or
5) Bachir Bouchemla who believes that allah has allowed death and suffering in this world
to test our faith in his existence, that he has not otherwise demonstrated. To vote, leave your choice in the comment

For me religion is a desperate hope from an individual, for the retention of concious thought after death. The need to make others believe the same is for confirmation that they are correct in their assumption. The argument that we can't all be wrong is absurd, that simple statement can make any religious zealot fly into fits of rage, it is at that point, a person should be considered a danger to others and should be treated for having a mental disorder.

just curious, what if someone is an athiest but simply hopes, has a little bit of faith, that maybe, they hope, there is an all knowing all loving force in the mysterious universe that creates karma with a moral sense of balance to feel better, with hopes that evil doings will one day be rectified. just saying.

Let me take a crack at the "#6" comment: "Atheists, just how on earth do you think you were created? Don't you know who made you? of what and why you were created? who said unto the earth "you will be a human"? When you die, do you know what will happen to you? Once you RIP (rest in peace) will there really be nothing? ask these questions to yourself". please note I do not in any way agree to these arguments. I am but a translator and couldn't resist the challenge.

I could take all the meat and lump lump away my rabbit food to you. We would both be happy! >.> I wonder tho. The day we can just print out out meat. Will you still not eat meat?

And DAMIT. Stop threatening me with an eternal afterlife. Hell or heaven. I dont want to be one of the stupid animals in gods zoo. And while hell sounds a bit less lame then being somones pet it dont realy sound fun at all.
Do you know how long forever is? Yea, you do not. WAY too long. Many of you can't even wrap your head around eart existing over 10 000 years. Our brain have problems when we talk about millions of years, even worse for billions.
I rather put my money on the afterlife we humans can actualy make in the real world… Im afraid we will not get that far in my lifetime tho. After all, we still have to waste time on peoples fantasies like we have done for hundreds of thousands of years in the past.

I think that trying to prove or disprove God is irrelevant, because IMO God's existence does not depend on whether I believe him/her/it or not. Because if atheist is right and God does not exist then no amount of proof will make God existing. Then again, if theist is right then (s)he has no need to prove God's existence, because God's existence is not or should not be dependant on believers belief. Right?

So technically I would like to claim with this that I am not theist or atheist. Maybe agnostic…but then again agnosticism concerns more of whether or not I can get knowledge about God, not about God's existence. So have I succeeded in finding a blind spot in world of definitions? Or is agnosticism also used in broader sense to those who do not actively sway in one way or another in this matter of God's existence?

Funny how athiests attack thiests and vice versa. Both sides try to prove their point by barraging each other with insults proclaiming they know the truth. Athiests proclaim religion to be a disease yet attack the believes. When a man is infected with a disease do you attack the person inflicting physical harm? No. you apply the antidote.

I'm not saying that religion is false or whatever. Im just pointing out that the vessels of said beliefs are behaving like infants and cannot produce valid claims, their argument is how they fucked each others moms etc.

I like the vegetarian athiests videos somewhat because he analyzes the religion and uses their own book against them. Not opinions but concrete analysis using their holy book as evidence.

Another point is that the Torah and the Koran are different.

If you "never get sad" in the afterlife and are "always happy", then how you possibly know you are happy if you have no sadness to compare it to? I know you'll have NO sadness to compare it to, because if Allah allows you memories of sadness from your mortal life, thinking of those sad memories will contradict never being sad. If Allah makes those memories into happy ones, once again, you'll have NO sadness to compare happiness to. Walking around in heaven as a happy robot, you'll have NO idea you're "happy". That is pretty fucking dumb Muslims.

Gotcha Islam. There is NO way around this contradiction. NO WAY. I am SMARTER THAN ALLAH.

edical experts, historians and archaeologists have examined in detail the execution that Jesus Christ voluntarily endured. All agree that he suffered one of the most gruelling and painful forms of capital punishment ever devised by man. Here is a brief summary of some of the things we know about his last hours from history, archaeology and medicine…

Severe stress, even before the abuse began
Jesus had the weight of the world on his shoulders. Even before the crucifixion began, he clearly had physical symptoms associated with severe stress. The night before the execution, his disciples reported seeing Jesus in “agony” on the Mount of Olives. Not only did he not sleep all night, but he seems to have been sweating profusely. So great was the stress that tiny blood vessels were rupturing in his sweat glands and emitting as great red drops that fell to the ground (see Luke 22:44). This symptom of severe stress is called hematohidrosis.
Jesus was physically exhausted and in danger of going into shock unless he received fluids (which he apparently did not). This is the man that the Roman soldiers tortured.

Torture by beating with Roman scourges
Having previously been beaten by the Jews, it was now the Romans’ turn. The beatings administered by Roman soldiers are well known to be very bloody, leaving lacerations all over the body. Romans designed their whips to cut the flesh from their victim’s bodies. These beatings were designed to be painful to the extreme. It would also cause a fluid build up around his lungs. In addition, a crown of thorns was forced into his scalp which was capable of severely irritating major nerves in his head, causing increasing and excruciating pain, as the hours wore on.
In Christ’s severely stressed condition, these beatings were easily enough to kill him. His body was horribly bruised, cut and bleeding. Having had no nourishment for many hours, and having lost fluids through profuse sweating and much bleeding, Jesus would have been severely dehydrated. This brutal torture would certainly be sending him into what doctors call “shock,” and shock kills.
In addition, Jesus was forced to carry the the wooden beam on which he would die. Imagine the effect of carrying a heavy weight if you were in that condition.

    Crucifixion
Hung completely naked before the crowd, the pain and damage caused by crucifixion were designed to be so devilishly intense that one would continually long for death, but could linger for days with no relief.
According to Dr. Frederick Zugibe, piercing of the median nerve of the hands with a nail can cause pain so incredible that even morphine won’t help, “severe, excruciating, burning pain, like lightning bolts traversing the arm into the spinal cord.” Rupturing the foot’s plantar nerve with a nail would have a similarly horrible effect.
Furthermore, the position of the body on a cross is designed to make it extremely difficult to breathe.
Frederick Farrar described the intended, torturous effect: “For indeed a death by crucifixion seems to include all that pain and death can have of horrible and ghastly—dizziness, cramp, thirst, starvation, sleeplessness, traumatic fever, tetanus, shame, publicity of shame, long continuance of torment, horror of anticipation, mortification of untended wounds—all intensified just up to the point at which they can be endured at all, but all stopping just short of the point which would give to the suffer the relief of unconsciousness.”
One doctor has called it “a symphony of pain” produced by every movement, with every breath; even a slight breeze on his skin could bring screaming pain at this point.
Medical examiner, Dr. Frederick Zugibe, believes Christ died from shock due to loss of blood and fluid, plus traumatic shock from his injuries, plus cardiogenic shock causing Christ’s heart to fail.

At the ninth hour (the time at which a sacrificial lamb was killed everyday in the Jewish temple), Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated,“My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” and soon died, after saying “It is finished.” At about this moment is probably the time when the temple’s priestly ram’s horn would have been blown that day, announcing that the priests had completed the sacrifice of the lamb for the sins of Israel. Also at that moment, the great, thick curtain that closed the Holy of Holies room from view, ripped open from top to bottom. —Mark 15:34 and Matthew 27:46

James Thompson believed that Jesus did not die from exhaustion, the beatings or the 3 hours of crucifixion, but that he died from agony of mind producing rupture of the heart. His evidence comes from what happened when the Roman soldier pierced Christ’s left side. The spear released a sudden flow of blood and water (John 19:34). Not only does this prove that Jesus was already dead when pierced, but Thompson believes it is also evidence of cardiac rupture. Respected physiologist Samuel Houghton believed that only the combination of crucifixion and rupture of the heart could produce this result.
There is no question that it was painful beyond words.
Biblically, it is clear that Jesus chose and willed His moment of death. That moment was induced not by pain, emotional stress, heart attack, or any other, but by His will. Though fully human, He is also fully divine. As God, He could not die from external sources, but only of His own volition and will.
Near the end, a criminal beside him mocked, “If you are the Christ, save yourself and us.” Little did this sinner know that the man he was speaking to hung there voluntarily. He was speaking to our Creator, capable of releasing all the power in the universe and beyond, and easily saving himself. Jesus remained in this agony and shame, not because he was powerless, but because of his incredible love for humanity. He suffered to provide the needed way of salvation for you and me.

Thank you my Lord and SAVIOR Jesus Christ…
I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL…<3

What is it with YouTube commenters and their atrocious spelling and grammar? And why do they use said skills (or lack thereof) to insult the intelligence of those around them? Take the time to proofread your comments and make sure they make sense (even if your actual arguments don't).

Are Muslim Allowed To be deceivers and Lie – Taqiyya ???[16:106] Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief… except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith. But those who [willingly] open their breasts to disbelief, upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great punishment…
[84:64-65] – Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permitted in order to deceive an "enemy."

I have also asked this question to myself the other way around, what if I die & there is no God??… for me the answer is easy cause I am 110% sure there is a God & such scenario shall never happen.. but I'm interested to hear your reply since you have so many uncertainties & doubts since there are allot that you don't know about when it comes to religion but what if you die & you were utterly wrong??????

I'm an arab ex-muslim , when i was at school we had a discussion about Homosexuals , and all the students were hating them and wish them all to die ,
Of course , i can't tell anyone that i'm an ex-muslim cause they will probably do the same thing with me , I asked the biology teacher about the "Kleinfelter Syndrome" and the "Xq28(X chromosome) , and i showed him evidences that homosexuality is a normal thing and that the american psychological association even removed it from the mental illness list
Now , everyone is making fun of me , and they are always repeating what i said (it's not acceptable in relegion but it's acceptable outside the arab countries , and homosexuality is not a choice ) to make fun of me
And now , they are calling me a gay just because i'm defending them .
Am i wrong ? Are they wrong ? would you guys please help me with that ?

Why are religious people so arrogant , if you don't believe in what they believe they start calling you stupid!
We had to go thru Christianity foolishnesss , burning people at the cross and other stupid kills,
Now we have to go thru Islamic religion, and we will have to wait till the Islamic start becoming nice to
Humanity , I can't wait until people realize that science is the answer to our future and religion will
    Be the destruction of believers!

I think that I've decifered what the man was trying to say! My translation, from the context of Abdullah Abdi's words and more or less guessing on what they were supposed to mean, is: " Atheist, who created you? Who made you? What is your purpose? You are human and will die. After that, what will happen? You will be buried in the ground and then nothing. Ask this question to yourself."

It is immoral to slaughter babies to test the virtue of knights. Allah surely would not sacrifice babies for such a trivial purpose.
